The "Wait Until 8th" Pledge – Let Kids be Kids a little longer…
The Wait Until 8th pledge empowers parents to rally together to delay giving children a smartphone until at least 8th grade. By banding together, this will decrease the pressure felt by kids and parents alike over the kids having a smartphone. Learn many of the reasons why so many parents across the country are pledging to “wait until 8th” to let kids be kids a little longer.

The Bronx Zoo’s Nature Trek Exhibit is Now Open
A whole new experience is waiting for you at the Bronx Zoo! Nature Trek allows children (ages 3 and up) to get a giraffe’s-eye view as they explore a tree village 14 feet off the ground. Cross wavy bridges and crawl through elevated tunnels. Take in the view from a human-sized bird nest and balance on wiggly surfaces.
