  • Camp Compo – Come to Compo Beach and have a blast with us!  We are so excited for the summer!  We will offer camp with some new and exciting ideas, but you can be sure it is the same Camp Compo with all the FUN and EXCITEMENT your child can have!  Our theme weeks will allow children to travel to new worlds, become their favorite superhero, experience new animals, and have a blast outdoors.  Daily activities include arts and crafts, sports, games, STEM activities, yoga, playground, beach time, and fun activities centered around our theme weeks.  Each child will receive a camp t-shirt.  Each camper must bring their own lunch and several drinks for the day.  All events are subject to change.
  • RECing Crew – RECing Crew is full of new ideas for our middle schoolers to have a great time and stay engaged throughout the day. We will offer a “traditional camp day” where campers will enjoy sports, games and special events as well as one field trip per week.  Most Friday’s camp will meet at Longshore Club Park for recreational games, and activities, including time in the in-ground public pool.

• Description: Kids participate in the various stations listed below and pick which station to go to:
  • Sports Station – Kids participate in various sports such as soccer, flag football, pickle ball, baseball, and basketball. They play different sports each day. They also play Nerf Capture the Flag and Dodgeball in the afternoon. We teach our kids various strategies/techniques to excel in sports.
  • Water Park Station – They are divided into teams and play many different water games such as an inflatable water slide, slip and slide, water balloon toss, sponge races, and running through sprinklers.
    We have an inflatable water slide! Kids have the time of their lives on this fun activity.
  • Arts and Crafts Station – Kids work on slime, bracelets, drawing, coloring and many more arts and crafts skills. We will provide them with the art supplies. They also have a chance to get their face painted. We teach the campers to try out new things and broaden their art skills.
  • Board Game Station – Chess, Rubik’s, Monopoly, Risk, Magic the Gathering, Dungeons and Dragons, and many other games. Our coaches teach the kids on how to play all the games and different strategies to be successful. These board games teach them the importance of patience, critical thinking and teamwork.

EARTHPLACE CAMP

• Program Description: Earthplace Summer Camp invites campers ages 2-15 to explore the outdoors with us. Weekly sessions, from mid-June to mid-August, offer adventures along the trails, by the pond, and within our pine grove. Our staff prioritizes safety and fosters a summer filled with friendships and outdoor fun.
  • Campers in grades 7-9 will have the opportunity to participate in our Trekkers program, featuring an optional overnight camping experience each week!
