We put this guide together in hopes of streamlining the process and providing key pieces of information about most of the local day camps in our area! To help you navigate all of the information, we have organized the camps into categories, or you can scroll through them all if you’d prefer! Description:Summer at Fairfield Country Day School offers a fun and interactive camp for boys and girls entering Kindergarten through 9th grade. Description: The New YMCA Camp Mahackeno will be OPEN THIS Summer! Same great history with new, updated amenities, new pool, new playground, new Archery Range and more! Let the next generation begin! YMCA Camp Mahackeno is a co-ed summer camp for campers in grades K-10th that offers a traditional camp experience. YMCA Camp Mahackeno is located on the Westport Weston Family YMCA campus alongside the Saugatuck River. Camp Mahackeno is all about discovery and outdoor exploration. Kindergarteners through teens have the opportunity to discover nature, find new talents, try new activities like archery and bouldering, or gain independence and make lasting memories through participating in crafts, swimming lessons, sports, and more. Camp Mahackeno is a unique place allowing campers space to explore 35 acres of lush forest, waterfront, and modern camp amenities.

CAMP TRINITY SOUTHPORT

Description: Trinity Southport is delighted to be offering Camp Trinity for five weeks during Summer 2022! Our camp experience is for children ages 3-6, and is designed to be an opportunity for pure fun, friendship, and adventure. TUMBLE JUNGLE

Cost: $50/day or $225/weekly camp session. Camp runs from 9-12pm with the option for another hour for $15/day which includes pizza lunch!

Description: Tumble Jungle Summer Camp! It’s just around the corner. Make sure the kids have something fun to do by signing up for our themed daily or weekly camps. Each week we offer age appropriate games and themed crafts and Ice Cream Fridays! Whether they’re jumping on the trampolines, swinging from our zip-line into a foam pit, or bouncing in an inflatable; we’re positive Tumble Jungle will provide hours of fun! Space is limited and you can pre-register online or by phone! And don’t forget that extra hour of Monkey Time from 12pm-1pm (pizza included).

- Camp Compo – Camp Compo returns to Compo Beach this year! A spectacular summer camp program, Camp Compo offers children a variety of activities throughout the summer. The camp specializes in offering a well-balanced core of activities daily that includes arts and crafts, sports, games, nature walks, yoga, beach and playground time. Camp Compo offers every camper the chance to be creative and explore their imagination while making new friends and enjoying a positive camp experience.

LANDMARK PRESCHOOL

Description: Join our Landmark Summer Sessions for a summer of fun and learning that every preschooler will enjoy! Each one-week themed session will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math (STEAM) related concepts. Your child will find out what happens when art materials are combined in unexpected ways, discover patterns and expand their number sense, engage in hands-on science learning with messy mixtures, and get busy building with engineering materials—all while enjoying classic summer camp fun! The program will also incorporate many elements of our school routine, including morning meetings and helper jobs.
