Beginning in 1979 with two women and a small office in Fairfield, CT, Rehabilitation Associates currently offers comprehensive services in five locations with over 300 staff members. Services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Clinical Social Work and Registered Dietitian services. While statistics vary by industry, less than half of businesses survive to year ten, let alone to year 40. The secret appears to be the company’s focus on EXCELLENCE: excellent therapists and support staff providing services in the most professional and compassionate way possible. A good percentage of staff has been with the company more than 10 years.
To celebrate this milestone, on Wednesday, October 16th Rehabilitation Associates will be open to the public, offering free raffle tickets and a free Rehab Tote Bag. They look forward to showing their appreciation to the Fairfield, Westport, Stratford, Milford and Shelton communities that have supported them for 40 years!
