How old are your kids and how long have you lived in Westport? My boys are 6, 4, and 22 months. We have lived in Westport for 3.5 years.
What has been the hardest thing about raising kids and working full time with long hours There is simply not enough time to do it all! With three children and two working parents, the time just disappears in our house. I wish I could do more!
How did you end up where you are now in terms of your job, or whatever passion project it is you might be doing? Very early in my career, I fell in love with consumer brands. I wanted to build brands that provide a moment of happiness in people’s day. Ever since then, I’ve pursued that path with passion. I joined the launch team of Tend in March of 2019. I love building consumer brands from the earliest stages. Tend represented a unique challenge at the time because we wanted to build the first modern, tech-enabled hospitality brand in the dental industry. We want consumers to look forward to the dentist and that challenge has motivated me for the last five years! We opened in Westport last summer, and have loved getting to do work that I love in my own community!
What is your favorite family activity to do in Westport or the surrounding towns? Going on a hike in Devil’s Den!
What was your most memorable family vacation and why? Our trip to Disney World in 2021. The kids were mesmerized with the magic of Disney.
What is your proudest daddy moment? My proudest moment is that our three sons are best friends. It’s incredibly heartwarming to see.
What’s your favorite sport to play and/or watch (who do you root for?) And/or what’s your workout of choice? Baseball. The New York Yankees. I love to run!
What’s your favorite restaurant in town for a family dinner? Friends? Nomade.
What’s your drink of choice? Martini
What is the one thing your spouse does that you are eternally grateful for? =) My wife is the most supportive person in the world. She believes in me and our boys and encourages us to be our very best. She makes our lives amazing and special. We cherish and love her with all our hearts!
What is one piece of advice you would pass along to other dads? It’s the best gig in the whole world! You’ll be great!
