How old are your kids and how long have you lived in Westport/the area? I have a little girl, Lily, who will be 4 years old and a little boy, James, who is 1 year old. We moved from the Upper East Side of Manhattan to Westport in June of 2021. We feel so lucky to have ended up in this incredible town, but definitely miss our city lifestyle from time to time.
How did you end up where you are now in terms of your job, or whatever
passion project it is you might be doing? For 10 years, I worked in Healthcare Administration for Northwell Health; most recently in Orthopedic Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan. At the start of the pandemic, the nature of my role required me to go into the Hospital on a daily basis. I was terrified that I could potentially bring this new illness home to my baby daughter, which led me to make the difficult decision to resign. After I left my job, I attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and graduated as a certified Health Coach. I take a holistic approach to health, and focus on pre and postnatal women. I am now working with clients in Westport and throughout the country as they pursue a lifestyle of health and wellness.
