How old are your kids and how long have you lived in Westport? My kids are 3.5 and 6 – we moved back from London three years ago to the CT area, and have been in Westport the last two!
How did you end up where you are now in terms of your job, or whatever passion project it is you might be doing? I started a blog and posting on social media as a creative outlet in 2015 while working my ad-tech job in NYC. Flash forward to now, I create content for fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands, host a podcast called The Big Move, and consult and produce podcasts that explore women / their stories and advice around building their careers while navigating motherhood.
What is the best show you have recently (binge) watched? AND what is the last book you read? Oh my god I’m so into Your Friends and Neighbors right now and Summer House (can’t stop). For books, I just finished Start With Yourself by Emma Grede – I love how she’s shaking up the narrative around being an ambitious working mom, reframing mom guilt, and encouraging us to prioritize ourselves in motherhood.
What is your favorite podcast? I love The Bossticks, Aspire by Emma Grede, and New Modern Mom (total client plug here); those are always in my rotation!!!
What is one food you could not live without? Tortilla chips
What is one product you could not live without? Avene Cicalfate restorative cream for redness / inflammation and Martha Stewart’s new skin serum from her brand Elm Biosciences – you will find it splashed all over my IG page right now – it’s the most dreamy glowiest serum
What is your greatest fear? Sharks in Compo beach waters lol!
What is your greatest indulgence? Probably a long solo coffee morning to myself at Arden’s, their BEC is my non-negotiable
If you did not live where you do, where would you like to live? We moved from London to CT, and I miss it so dearly, so easily I would say London (Don’t tell my mom though)!
What is your favorite hobby? Hobbies have sadly fallen to the wayside with kids BUT I would love to get back into tennis or pickle ball (most CT mom answer ever, I know :))

What is your greatest extravagance? My skincare routine / village of all the things!!!
When and where were you happiest? On any beach with my kids and husband. I grew up in a beach town in RI, and now we live in one – total beach bums
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I was a pretty good basketball player! But stopped playing after high school – I absolutely loved and lived for it as a kid. Don’t ask me to shoot a 3 pointer now though.
If you weren’t doing what you are today, what might your career path might have been? Probably something in fashion or still in adtech
