It's that time of year...when little things can go a long way.... - Westport Moms

Mersene Norbom and Tanya Murphy, of Westport, furnished and decorated two rooms for the Bridgeport Rescue Mission’s Guest House for Women and Children.  The Bridgeport Rescue Mission provides food, shelter, clothing, education, job training and a residential program for the urban poor and addicted.  Their mission is to embrace the addicted by offering hope and healing for a changed life.  Mersene bases her lifestyle company, Indulge by Mersene, a gift shop near the Westport train station, on the idea that little things matter and gifts that come from the heart create meaningful memories.  Tanya’s personal growth system, The Heart’s Desire Method, helps people use their own heart’s desire as a force for positive change.  That’s why they partnered to give back.  And what better way than to provide two families a place to make a fresh start?
