Gently Spiced Cranberry-Apple Prosecco Recipe!

(Recipe Adapted from Heather Christos’ Generous Table)
- 2 trays cranberry ice cubes or frozen cranberries -1-2 cinnamon sticks (I used only one)
- Zest of two oranges
- 3 cups cranberry juice
- 3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3 cups apple cider
- 1 to 2 bottles prosecco
- 1 orange or blood orange, sliced
- 1 tart apple sliced
- ** If you want a stronger spiked punch, add 1 cup dark rum or Calvados.
Cranberry Ice Cubes:
Fill two ice cube trays with frozen or fresh cranberries and then fill them to the top with water. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours or overnight.
