Here are 3 tips on how to identify and prevent your information from getting stolen:
- If you are not expecting the email do not click any links in the body. Instead, go directly to official company website to access your account.
- Verify the full email address of the sender, especially the second part after the @, if it doesn’t look legitimate, it most likely isn’t.
- Take a screenshot and talk to your tech support.
