YUIMMMM! Pumpkin Cheesecake – thanks to Nikki Glekas, local mom
There’s always room for dessert 🥧… try this easy delicious Pumpkin Cheesecake this holiday season! 🎄
Ingredients:
16 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 tsp pumpkin spice
9 inch graham cracker crust
Directions: 
Combine cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour a thin layer of cream cheese mixture into the crust (a little over one cup of the mixture). Add pumpkin puree and spice to the remaining cream cheese mixture. Add pumpkin mixture to the top of the cream cheese layer in the crust. Bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes. Let cook for 1 hour then refrigerate overnight! Serve with whip cream and ENJOY!
