TWO COYOTES WILDERNESS SCHOOL

  • Description: Our skilled nature mentors will introduce your child to primitive and naturalist skills by tailoring each camp day to match the natural curiosity of their campers. Campers learn how to craft handmade tools and art projects from natural materials, track animals, identify bird language, make friction fires, build forts and shelters, and forage for safe wild edibles. Along the way, all campers learn nature-inspired games, songs, and have free time to explore streams, mountainsides, and other unexpected nature mysteries encountered throughout the day.

    • Wakeman’s Teen Summer Service Program runs in two-week increments starting in late June. Participants in grades 6-9 grow the vegetables that they will donate to local food pantries and sell at the program’s Farm’s weekly market. As part of our service mission, we will cook a nutritious meal for the Gillespie Center. For animal lovers, there is animal care, feeding, and halter training. We explore farm life, composting, creating a pollinator garden, and adopting the Zero Waste initiative. All Covid safety measures in effect.
    • Little Farmers, Parent-Child Class, ages 0-3. Eight, one-hour sessions starting in late June. Sign up for as many days/sessions as you’d like! Weekly enrichment class designed to foster social skills and independence on the Farm’s grounds. We try to spend as much time outdoors exploring the farm, visiting the alpacas and other animals, or simply following the kids’ interests! CT AUDUBON SOCIETY

  • Description: The Connecticut Audubon Society’s summer camp at the Center at Fairfield is a state-licensed summer camp offering weekly sessions for preschoolers from 9 a.m. to noon, and for ages 5 to 11 from 9am – 330pm. Campers attend week-long, nature-themed programs to learn about wildlife up close and build life-long connections to the natural world while having fun outdoors in a safe, small group setting.  A choice of different themes each week offers opportunities to investigate nature’s riddles, learn about protecting wildlife habitats, develop outdoor skills and meet live animals. Boys Lacrosse

  • Description: Stags Lacrosse Camp is designed for 3rd through 8th grade players of all levels. We offer a great learning experience that focuses on the fundamentals of the game of lacrosse. Campers will be placed in groups based upon both age and skill level, for first-hand instruction from Fairfield Lacrosse coaches and players. The first half of camp is spent developing the individual player along with team concepts. The second part of camp is dedicated to incorporating skills and concepts learned into games and scrimmage situations.

The Stags Experience is a one-day event designed to show high school student-athletes what it’s like to practice and play like a Fairfield Stag. Held on Fairfield University’s campus in one of college lacrosse’s best game-day venues, Rafferty Stadium, Stags Experience is open to any and all entrants.  The Stags Experience is an opportunity to have personal positional coaching by the Fairfield Men’s Lacrosse Coaching Staff as well as gain valuable exposure while scrimmaging against some of the most elite players in the country.

All Summer Long, Revolution Field Hockey will descend upon Fairfield County field (Fairfield, Trumbull, Westport, Greenwich, and beyond) offering aspiring athletes an opportunity to train with an elite staff of professional coaches to take their game to the next level. Since 2001, Revolution Field Hockey has trained over 10,000 athletes and counting!  We are offering players training in all aspects of field hockey.   • Description: The world of Sara Holland Sports focuses on developing the whole athlete at any age. Each program is specifically tailored to the physical and emotional needs of each age group to ensure a well-rounded experience for every participant.
    • Sara Holland Sports & Bike Camp (June 28th – August 6th) – Kids will be introduced to learning to ride bikes and/or become more proficient in riding their bikes!  Introducing balanced bikes, turning, and safety.  We will also explore different sports and activities, play games, participate in arts & crafts, and more!  Each week focuses on a fun theme, which we will connect the sports and activities to for that week.  Our structured, action-packed program allows plenty of room for creative individuality and varying ability levels in a non-competitive environment.  Sports played will be baseball, soccer, football, LAX, basketball, learning to riding bikes, fun noodle games, and more. Students will become more confident in their motor ability to move safely on bikes and in sports. CAMP HAFADAY AT THE WESTPORT WESTON YMCA

  • Description: The YMCA Camp Hafaday is a co-ed summer camp for campers in pre-k through 1st grade.  Hafaday is a swim based program that promotes water safety, awareness and confidence.  All participants swim twice per day including a full YMCA swim lesson and free swim period.  Located in the Westport Weston Family YMCA the program includes traditional camp experiences alongside the swim components.  Participants enjoy arts and crafts as well as traditional camp sports and games.  Our well trained staff lead campers through the day and facilitate the fun.  Each week parents receive their campers’ swim report card showing the progress their child has made in their aquatics abilities. Camp Hafaday runs from Monday-Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm.
