How old are your kids and how long have you lived in Westport? Asher is 15 and Hope is 12, and we have lived in Westport for 20 years in the same house!
How did you end up where you are now in terms of your job, or whatever passion project it is you might be doing? Lucien and Dave – my business partners – at Vita Design Group were my architect and builder on my home renovation in 2008. They appreciated my design eye, marketing and business management experience, so we decided to join forces. The collaboration has been wonderful over the last 16 years.
What is the best show you have recently (binge) watched? AND/OR what is the last book you read? 101 Essays that will Change the Way You Think by Brianna Wiest
What is one food you could not live without? French fries (potatoes are still classified as a vegetable 😊)

Which talent would you most like to have? I am regularly jealous of people who can draw or sketch. It looks like magic. In my field, if I could sketch the creative ideas I had onto paper it would be amazing!
Given the choice of anyone in the world, whom would you want as a dinner guest? Kelly Wearstler – I admire her work as an interior designer. She fuses contemporary and vintage concepts together through a layered approach with shapes, colors and texture. I love to cook so would make us dinner, pour some amazing wine and discuss our latest vibe trays we have for our clients.
What’s a cause or purpose you deeply believe in? Catch a Lift Fund – my husband serves on the board of this amazing organization. It provides a year round wellness program for combat injured post 9/11 veterans to regain mental and physical health though home gym equipment or gym memberships.
What is your greatest extravagance? My car. I grew up taking public transportation or having a hand me down car that I would pray would start and get me where I needed to go. I don’t worry anymore if my car will start and every day I am grateful.
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I used to do competitive cheerleading for 10 years. I was the flyer – the girl they tossed in the air during some complicated stunts. I am somebody now who likes to have my feet on the ground.
If you could travel to one place this next year, where would it be and why? Italy and I am FINALLY going this summer. My father who passed away when I was 9 years old was born in Italy and came to the US through Ellis Island. I have never been to his country. I have a feeling it will feel like home.
What is the first thing you do when you walk in the door after a long day? Hug and kiss my dog Pearl
