- Adolescent developmental must-knows
- Peer group relationships, the “tribe” and how much your child depends on it
- Cell phones and social media- what’s popular and what you should know
- Modeling a positive self-image and understanding its impact on your teenager
- How to talk to your child about puberty and romantic relationships
- Anxiety- understanding it and how to manage it for your child and yourself
- Talking to your child about sex and demystifying gender stereotypes
- Risky behaviors- what’s out there and how do we talk about it at home

Andree Palmgren, a Licensed Professional Counselor, who holds an Ed.M. and M.A. from Columbia University, will lead the group. She has twenty-five years of experience working as a counselor, parenting coach, and teacher and is also a mom of four.
Each 75-minute session attended is $30. The longevity of the group, timing and location of each meeting will be determined when the group membership is finalized
