Nutrition
Putting a healthy meal on the table is even more difficult when the table is filled with picky eaters.
This workshop will teach you how to provide healthy meals for the whole family and strategies to feed
picky eaters.

Potty Training
Many parents are unsure of the right time to begin potty training their children. This workshop will
teach parents the signs of when their child is ready to get rid of their diapers and into underwear for
good.
