Mindfulness for Parents – Tips and Tools to Foster Well-Being at Home ONLINE COURSE
In this 90-minute session, parents will learn tools and practices that they can immediately incorporate into their daily lives in order to: (1) manage stress and experience more calm, (2) be more present despite the endless to-do list and (3) better relate to their family.
