Namaste matches you with the best in class practitioners in health and wellness for private in-home sessions (think massages, nutrition, personal training!). Outside of work, Julie loves weekend hikes with her 3 kids, particularly at Devil’s Den, family trips (most recently to Portugal and Spain), and in another life might have been a psycho-therapist. Julie’s work keeps her grounded and in the moment, and there is no question that in this crazy world we live in, all of us could benefit from a little Namaste!

For anyone who loves a good story about finding your career path accidentally, meet Deb! Deb (mom to 3 in Westport) became a dance teacher when she offered to assist with her daughter’s dance class years ago. Though her daughter shortly thereafter quit the class, she continued teaching, and never stopped! Deb is now a beloved teacher at The Spot Just Dance in Norwalk who has instilled the love of dance (ballet, hip hop and more) in many over the years. Deb loves nothing more than a round of mini golf with the family, followed by a trip to Saugatuck Sweets, wouldn’t have minded being a Rockstar in another life, and never ate a fresh vegetable before the age of 13! Fun Fact – She also makes over 100 kugels during the Jewish Holidays, and all proceeds from their sales go to a family in need! Deb is open and honest about the ongoing challenges of parenthood, and the value in letting others provide a helping hand! She is also an inspiration for all of us moms out there; just remember, you never know when that next stage in your journey may be just around the corner!!
